First Artwork Submissions of 2012

Papergirl Cardiff has received the first submissions of 2012...we are totally chuffed!

If you are thinking of submitting some artwork to Papergirl Cardiff the deadline is Friday 11th of May 2012.

If you are thinking of submitting to Papergirl Dublin, the deadline is 30th of May. Check out their blog for the postal address.

What is Papergirl?

Papergirl is an exciting art distribution project that has its roots in Berlin. Papergirl Cardiff is now in it's second year: last year's event was a great experience for everyone involved, this year's will be even better!

Papergirl is participatory, analogue, non-commercial and impulsive.

It involves members of the public submitting their pieces of art to us over a period of a couple of months, we will then exhibit all submissions in a gallery before distributing the art to unsuspecting city centre pedestrians, this is done via an organised bicycle ride, where the cyclist distributes the rolled up art whilst on the move!
